If this is the first time you are attempting to use the Reitz Union Event Services Reservation Request System, we must associate your account with the appropriate area and reservation request forms.

Please complete the following information and allow our team up to 3 business days to update your access.

Individual UF students may request dance studio spaces. Dance studio policies

UF students listed on GatorConnect as officers in a registered student organization may request spaces on behalf of their organization.

Faculty and staff may request spaces on behalf of their department.

Advanced reservation requests are accepted through the online reservation system with a minimum of 6 days’ notice. For urgent requests with less than 6 days’ notice, please contact our office at eventservices@ufsa.ufl.edu.

Non-university users may request rooms at the Reitz Union for meetings and events. After the request is received, a staff member will contact you by phone or email to further discuss the event needs and potential facility options.

NOTE: If you are a company or organization not affiliated with the University of Florida and are interested in holding an information session about your business or conducting interviews for your open positions you will need to make your reservation through the Career Connections Center. Information on this process can be found on the Career Connections Center website.
